*Terms and Conditions:  Eligible courses are listed below. Discount applies only to new sales; past purchases do not qualify for this promotion. Promotional discount is taken from a course of equal or lesser value. Full payment is due at time of registration. All purchases are final at the time of registration and there are no refunds. All courses must be registered for at the same time. All classes must be taken within a year from purchase. This offer is nonrefundable and not valid with other promotions, discounts or savings programs. Offer only valid at New Horizons PA locations in Allentown, Reading and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
