Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
EARLY-Rescheduling and Cancellation:
- Submit the “Cancelation/ Reschedule Form” located at www.nhnepa.com under the “About Us” tab.
- If this form is received PRIOR to six (6) business days for an Applications/ Business Skills class or eleven (11) business days for a Technical, Dedicated, or Onsite class; you may reschedule your class at NO CHARGE.
LATE-Rescheduling and Cancellation:
- Submit the “Cancelation/ Reschedule Form” located at www.nhnepa.com under the “About Us” tab.
- If this form is received AFTER six (6) business days for an Applications/ Business Skills class or eleven (11) business days for a Technical, Dedicated, or Onsite class, NO REFUND will be issued.
Rescheduling Fee:
- When the original invoice is paid in full, the students will be allowed to reschedule for a seat on a future date available basis with a “Rescheduling Fee” being assessed of: $50 Applications, Business Skills, Additional Mentored Learning Session and a $200 Technical, Dedicated, or Onsite class.
Refund:
You will be entitled to a 75% refund if you cancel within six (6) business days for Applications/ Business Skills classes and eleven (11) business days for Technical, Dedicated, or Onsite classes prior to the class start date.
Additional Special Terms and Conditions
General
To enroll: Please notify your Training Consultant or visit website at www.nhnepa.com To cancel or reschedule: please submit the “Cancelation/ Reschedule Form” located at www.nhnepa.com under the “About Us” tab on the “Cancellation & Refund Policy” page.
Retake Privilege: You may repeat a course up to 6 months after your completion on a seat available basis; with your original courseware and provided you have completed the original course in its entirety. Reschedule / Postponement: Classes may be rescheduled or postponed due to low enrollment. Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
Expiration: All technical courses and certification tracks are valid for 1 (one) year from the date on your invoice/agreement. This also includes requesting any exam vouchers, exam preparations which may or may not be included with your training. Please refer to your invoice/agreement which will list them, if included with your purchase.
Locations: Training will be delivered at Allentown, Reading or Scranton/Wilkes-Barre location, unless specified in writing.
Online ANYTIME Refund Policy: If the user has not initialized the program within 30 days of purchase they will receive a full refund. If a refund is requested after initializing the program, but within 30 days from date of purchase, no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase.
Coupons: Applications, Technical, Graphics and Business Skills coupons are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be paid in full prior to a class seat reservation is made for a class. Coupons are good for a one day regularly scheduled classes depending on type purchased. Two coupons are required for 2 day classes. Only coupons marked “National” are redeemable at any New Horizons location. All technical courses require one technical coupon for each day of class (Does not include Exam or practice test, which can be purchased separately). If you have requested physical coupons, they must be presented prior to class. No refunds, transfers, or extensions will be granted on the purchase of coupons. Coupons are to be used only for Microsoft, NHIPP, CompTIA, Macromedia, Corel or Adobe classes unless specified in the “Other Terms” block, on your training agreement.
Club Memberships: Begins on the date listed on your Training Agreement & entitles each student to enroll in any class within the selected Club and term listed on your agreement. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve seating basis according to our local open enrollment schedules, excluding our “OLL”-On-Line Live classes. No refunds or transfers will be granted on the purchase of Club Memberships. Membership must be paid in full prior to beginning of class. If you cannot attend a class for which you hold a reservation, you may cancel or reschedule a registration by submitting the “Cancelation/ Reschedule Form”, located at www.nhnepa.com under the “About Us” tab on the “Cancellation & Refund Policy” page, within six (6) business days prior to the class date to reschedule your class at no additional charge. If you cancel, re-schedule or no-show for your class less than six (6) business days prior to the class date, a $50 fee will be charged and you will not be eligible to take classes until the fee is paid. Club members who repeatedly fail to comply with this notification policy may have their membership cancelled and not be entitled to a refund.
Volume Discounts: In certain circumstances, New Horizons may offer a discount to customers for volume purchases of training such as coupons, bundled classes or certification tracks. The discount is generally predicated upon a volume purchase with payment received in advance. Accordingly, given the conditional nature of the discount, if training is cancelled for any reason prior to completion, a refund will be granted based on the retail value of classes taken and in accordance with our refund policy.
Special Outside Contractor Classes: In certain circumstances, New Horizons may schedule classes, open enrollment or dedicated for one company, that specifically deals in a unique specialized training. These classes have minimum requirements and will be considered “Non-Cancellable” and “Non-Refundable” after the Training Agreement has been signed. We will allow you to send another person in their place at no additional charge.
