Class Day Details and Terms

Hours of Operation

Allentown Classes:
Day Classes: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Night Classes: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Scranton | Wilkes-Barre Classes:
Classroom Learning: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Mentored Learning: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Night Classes: 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Reading Classes:
Day Classes: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

Please Don't Be Late

Students should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. Students arriving more than 15 minutes after start time are subject to losing their seat to a wait-listed client. Students will not be admitted to class if they arrive more than 30 minutes after a class begins. If you expect to be late, please call.

While In The Class

In order to provide effective training, we ask that you refrain from using cell phones, pagers, communication devices and performing any inappropriate computer activities during class.

Dress Code

Business casual is appropriate for attending the training event. Please bring a sweater or jacket as room temperatures may vary.

Tools

You will be provided with courseware specifics to the event you are attending. We recommend you bring a pen and writing material to capture notes on the subjects covered.

Breaks

Day classes will have a break in the morning and afternoon. Lunch break will be from Noon to 1:15 pm. Evening classes will have one break.

Amenities

If you wish to bring lunch or dinner, a refrigerator and microwave are available. Complimentary refreshments are provided to all students.
